Kawaishi House is a new private residence for client Jess Knebel, located in the Niseko area of Hokkaido, Japan. The project is a rental residential property designed to accommodate two families, with an innkeeper’s licence desired. The design spans pre-design through construction administration, with construction targeted for 2027.
