We recently had the opportunity to present the work and vision of STEAD Architecture and Design, highlighting our diverse portfolio and our unique approach to the architectural process.
Our presentation focused on three key areas of our practice:
- Residential Work in Japan: Showcasing our ongoing projects in Niseko, where we design for extreme climates while maintaining a refined, minimalist aesthetic.
- Cultural Projects in the USA: Discussing our recent commission to redesign the Oscar Getz Museum of Bourbon History in Bardstown, Kentucky.
- Advanced Technology: Demonstrating how we use LiDAR scanning and BIM technology for interior and renovation projects, ensuring millimeter precision from day one.
As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking to collaborate with Real Estate Developers in Hong Kong and abroad. Our international experience, combined with our technology-driven workflow, allows us to deliver exceptional value and design quality across a range of scales and typologies.
If you are interested in collaborating, we would love to connect. Explore more at ste-ad.com.
