We come from an F&B Background

Sean was raised, and worked first-hand, in the restaurant industry at several of his parents’ restaurants:

Xavier’s – a fine-dining restaurant formerly in Bardstown, KY
Lovin’ Oven – A cafe and pastry shop formerly in Bardstown, KY
Circa – – a Southern Food fine-dining restaurant formerly in Bardstown, KY

Aside from this practical experience, Sean has designed kitchen and restaurant layouts for his family, including a doughnut shop in Bluffton, South Carolina, and a Restaurant in Livingston Manor, NY. Sean also designed De Luna, a bar and restaurant in Mong Kok, Hong Kong.
