雪の瀧』的设计在客户的设计简介中提出了一些具体要求：。

 

  1. 一个有盖的停车场场空间，以防止大雪
  2. 位于一楼的雪地室，用于更换滑雪装备
  3. 最高层的客厅和娱乐空间，可欣赏羊蹄山的美景
